The classic work triangle assumes one cook. If two of you use the kitchen at once, you need overlapping zones, wider clearances and a different plan entirely.

The clients asked for an open plan. We took down exactly one wall, and the house they got is bigger than the one they asked for.

We have taken a second unit for a samples and prototyping workshop, brought two people into the technical team, and opened our detailing seminar to the public.
